poor - they messed up our data transfer in 2021 and then insisted we bought 12 months of a professional support package and attended training sessions while they tried to amend the data which was only partially successful. Their support guys are nice but they take a while to help and often solve the issue without explaining how or why the issue occurred

Pros

the way that it captures data for contacts and it submits gift aid claims

Cons

most of its features on reporting are complicated and lengthy, the data input is manual as the integrations dont work and you can't have a donor who is also a life member or patron

I use it every single day to track memberships, mailings, finances, donations and contacts and I find it very easy to use

Pros

The reports that we can build ourselves - this is very rare in an off the shelve database but Charity CRM allows us to provide reports on any aspects and it is so useful

Cons

The payment of membership donations is not straightforward and you have to be savvy to use it (but support have been excellent at helping with this)
