Suchfunktion funktioniert nicht, eventuell eine Möglichkeit wie man anders schneller zu den Immos gelangt?

Ich kann so einfacher Objekte mit Kunden und Partner teilen

Pros

Das ich alle Objekte miteinander vergleichen und auch Punkte wie Eigenkapitalrendite angezeigt bekomme

Cons

Mir fehlt zum Beispiel die Möglichkeit ein TA Finanzierungsmodell darin darstellen zu können

Insgesamt runde Lösung, die ich jedem Immobilienvertrieb für Kapitalanlager empfehlen kann.

Pros

Was ist beim Immobilienvertrieb am wichtigsten? Struktur, Abwicklungsgeschwindigkeit und vor allem keine Fehler. Genau die Unterstützung zu Erreichung dieser Erfolgsfaktoren bildet Investagon ab.

Cons

Komplexität zwischen Benutzern, Kunden und Vertrieben. Sicherlich aber für andere Unternehmensgrößen wichtig.
