Below Average, As my team have lost many of our efforts due to poor response from team. If Cbrex team doesn't have response from client they don't respond on our (Recruiter's) query. I know client's do take their own sweet time but atleast Cbrex team need to stay connected with Recruiters. Because of poor turnout ratio my team is now disinterested to work for Cbrex's profiles

Concept. Cbrex has come up with this beautiful concept. Providing a platform for both recruiters and companies.

Cons

Response time is slow - both from Cbrex team and client. Recruiter Payout is very less. In-fact the rate has reduced drastically, which restrict us to continue using this platform.

Well-structured and helps keep everything organized in one place. While there is some room for improvement in navigation and speed, it generally supports the workflow effectively.

Pros

easy to track updates, manage documents, and stay on top of tasks without confusion. Everything is centralized, which saves time, money, and helps ensure nothing gets missed. It’s straightforward customer support and makes the process smooth. Easy to create a candidate profile, and the candidate interview process is easy and smooth.

Cons

The portal could feel a bit slow or take extra steps to complete certain tasks. While the portal is helpful overall, occasional system delays and limited visibility into certain updates made tracking a bit challenging at times.

In total we appreciate the product as user friendly & useful HR exchange platform which gives better understanding .

1\. Platform needs improvement issue is HR responsiveness some places needs to gear up which would greatly improve the overall experience. 2.Feedback on candidate rejection should be clearly shared. It Helps us to work more better gives more clarity to pick right profile. 3. Job descriptions should have locations same on header and Mandatory skills. Providing this information will improve clarity and help avoid confusion during the hiring process. 4.Please share the reason for candidate rejection. Some places we unable to see. Not all. 5.Joining Time : This should be highlighted for all the JD's. Some places we unable to see. Not all. Good Recruitment portal for freelance recruiters, need to bring in bulk openings in the portal. Working for 1/2 open positions is a bit challenging some times

CBREX has been a solid platform to work with — reliable, organized, and quite fair in its process. It’s helped me connect with clients I wouldn’t have reached otherwise. It’s not perfect, but it’s definitely worth using if you’re serious about scaling your recruitment work internationally.

Pros

I’ve been using CBREX for a while now as an agency recruiter, and overall, it’s been a pretty good experience. The best part is that you get access to global requirements without having to chase clients or handle multiple contracts. Everything sits in one dashboard — job details, submissions, updates — which really saves time. The team at CBREX is also quite responsive whenever you need help or clarity.

Cons

Sometimes there’s heavy competition on the same roles since multiple agencies work on them, so quick turnaround is key. Also, if you specialize in niche or creative roles like I do, you might not find too many relevant mandates — most of the openings lean toward tech or global corporate positions.

Support from the CPAC is good and follow up with client is good but can be better to have more closures

Response time for profiles uploaded is too much. Many a times the profile is transferred to "No further Action " folder without even screening.

everything is very transparent and policies are very clear/

Cons

The accounting and billing needs to be explained better and a proactive guidance on setting profile is needed right at the beginning. Some incentive before the actual pay out will encourage and help vendors survive

Way too Many Duplicates .. CBREX team no hands on recruitment experience.. Payment cycle too long
