The claims processing was not smooth at all. Also, in one of our cases, we had to suffer a lot because of a software issue on their end which made the overall experience extremely bitter.

However, during the first and only year of service, we faced many problems with their interface.
Since they were not the direct insurers, they had to follow up with the third-party insurance provider who outright rejected the claim.

Pros: The pazcare team is very effecient in handling the medical benefits and claims settlements of the employees working in our company. They have very less paper work and provide all possible solutions for the early settlement of the claim benefits.
Cons: As of now there is no cons we have found with Pazcare.

Overall: We had high hopes while subscribing to Pazcare. However, during the first and only year of service, we faced many problems with their interface. 1) They are a brokerage (middleman) and have a tie-up with a third-party insurance provider, which means they are not a one-stop shop. You have to deal with two different companies during the claim processing.2) We had a terrible experience with one of the claims where they removed an employee's dependent from their end. Since they were not the direct insurers, they had to follow up with the third-party insurance provider who outright rejected the claim. This problem went on for months to get solved which sucked a lot of our time and defeated the whole purpose of going to them in the first place where they claimed to be the one-stop shop for insurance and claims. 3) Their quote was considerably higher than the competition (ICICI Lombard) the next year, so we switched back to them. Advice: Do not use third-party services, always go to direct insurance companies, it will save a lot of time and effort.
