The best part about ROH is that I can offer "pay in 4" to all my event clients which takes the financial burden of planning a large party off of them. This is also a huge selling point from a business perspective because there are no other softwares that offer this \*assist\*! The team is also incredibly helpful and so receptive to feedback! Pros Invoices, contracts and payment history all wrapped up into an event folder. Cons Storing credit card on file has to be requested seperately. It would be great if once client submitted payment they acknowledged that their credit card would be saved and used to pay off any final balances. Pros The dashboard is easy to read and the customer service is responsive. Cons It is inconsistent and we no longer have the control to receive deposits according to our contacted dates. Client credit cards should automatically be charged on the deposit due date so that we are contract compliant. This is turning our Sales Managers into collectors and having an extremely negative affect on cash inflow.The deposits don't post to our bank account consistently.
