### "Best Event Payment Software"

Pros

ROH is easy to use from start to finish! The best part about ROH is that I can offer "pay in 4" to all my event clients which takes the financial burden of planning a large party off of them. This is also a huge selling point from a business perspective because there are no other softwares that offer this \*assist\*! The team is also incredibly helpful and so receptive to feedback! Love working with them and problem solving together!

Cons

Nothing, ask and you shall receive- it's a fantastic platform!

Reason for choosing ROH

We still use Tripleseat for building events and tracking conversations. We moved payments completely out of the Stripe portal that comes with Tripleseat and went directly to ROH.co

Pros

I love that ROH allows you to keep all payment information in one spot. It is so easy to have one page for each event that holds all of their information. It is also super helpful to be able to send payment reminders through ROH!

Cons

I think the interface is super interactive. I have not had any issues or complaints!

### "Inconsistent."

The customer service is very responsive, but I wouldn't recommend this program as we have seen an excessive decrease in the timing of deposits and cash inflow because we are at the mercy of our customers paying the deposit on their time and not according to the contract.

Pros

The dashboard is easy to read and the customer service is responsive.

Cons

It is inconsistent and we no longer have the control to receive deposits according to our contacted dates. Client credit cards should automatically be charged on the deposit due date so that we are contract compliant. This is turning our Sales Managers into collectors and having an extremely negative affect on cash inflow.The deposits don't post to our bank account consistently.

Pros

ROH has a lot of features and the fact that it is continuing to grow makes us excited to see what the future stores.

Pros

Invoices, contracts and payment history all wrapped up into an event folder.

Cons

Storing credit card on file has to be requested seperately. It would be great if once client submitted payment they acknowledged that their credit card would be saved and used to pay off any final balances.

We are still learning certain aspects of how best to use it in our operation, but the service and ease of using for us and our customers has been great so far.

Pros

The fact that it has total contract, payment and account management in one place with excellent customer service.

Cons

What I like least is also what I like best. It was not a plug and play program. We had the ability to provide feedback and customize it to our needs without any kick back.

### "Great New Tool"

The training and support have been amazing. I get responses almost instantly if I have a problem or need assistance in any way.

Pros

I like the ease at which I can upload the contracts and payments that are due. I also love that my clients can sign a contract or pay a deposit from their phone.

Cons

I have not used it enough to find out anything that I do not like about this platform.
