Lo que más me voló la cabeza desde el día uno fue la paz mental. Antes, renderizar era un proceso de "prueba y error": ponías una luz, lanzabas un previo, esperabas 5 minutos, veías que estaba mal y repetías. Con D5, lo que ves es lo que hay. Mi momento favorito fue probar la IA para generar texturas. Tenía una foto de una madera que le encantaba a un cliente, pero no tenía los mapas de relieve. Subí la imagen a D5, le di al botón de IA y, en segundos, la madera tenía profundidad, vetas que brillaban y una rugosidad perfecta. Me ahorró media hora de trabajo en un solo clic. Una experiencia totalmente SATISFACTORIA! RECOMANDADO 100%

“After 14 months of daily pro use: D5 Render is a game-changer. Real-time workflow + AI Atmosphere Match cut my rendering time from 12–18 hours (V-Ray/Corona) to 1–2 hours with better results. LiveSync and the asset library are flawless, clients love the instant iterations. Only downsides: artificial lights don’t auto-dim in daylight (still manual) and big scenes can get unstable.

“What I liked most about D5 Render is hands-down the AI Atmosphere Matching combined with its real-time Global Illumination. You just drag & drop a single reference photo (sunset, overcast interior, golden hour, anything) and in literally 10–15 seconds D5 perfectly replicates the exact lighting temperature, shadow softness, atmospheric haze, and even god-ray intensity. No more wasting hours rotating HDRIs, tweaking sun position, exposure, or white balance manually.

Cons

Even if the sun is blazing at noon with 100 000 lux, interior lamps, street lights, neon signs stay at full brightness unless you manually keyframe their intensity or use visibility switches. In other render engines (V-Ray, Corona, even Enscape) lights auto-dim or turn off based on exposure/time-of-day, but in D5 you have to do it yourself every single time. This becomes super annoying when you’re doing day-to-night animation sequences or just quickly switching between morning/noon/evening looks for client options. I end up creating 3–4 separate light groups and turning them on/off manually, which kills the “real-time fast iteration” vibe. Hope they add an auto-exposure-based light behavior toggle in 2.7 or 2.8—until then it’s my biggest daily frustration.”

D5 Render delivers exceptional real-time rendering quality with minimal setup. The interface is intuitive, which makes the workflow extremely fast for architecture and interior design projects. The lighting presets, animation features, and material library allow me to create high-end visuals without needing complex setups.

Cons

Some advanced features still need optimization , especially when working on large scenes or heavy vegetation, performance can drop. The asset library is good but could improve with more customizable furniture and region-specific materials. Also, rendering quality in glass, transparent objects, and some reflections sometimes requires workarounds to achieve perfect realism.

I like the fact that it's easy to synchronize with modeling software like archicad that I use and how quickly it produces high-quality results. The real-time rendering, natural lighting, and asset library makes D5 much faster and more enjoyable.

Cons

To be honest, for now, there seems to be none. It ticked all my boxes at the moment. And that's because they listen to their customers.

Llevo usando D5 ya desde el 2021 y es el mejor programa de renderizado que he utilizado. Me facilita el flujo de trabajo y las modificaciones en el momento son lo mejor.

Pros

Me gusta lo intuitivo y versátil que puede ser. Las herramientas y materiales que se pueden ver al instante ahorra mucho el flujo de trabajo.

Cons

Las funciones para la licencia gratuita son muy limitadas. Deberían ampliar las funciones y herramientas. Deberían considerar que sea también compatible con iOS.

The real-time workflow is a massive plus for us. We love how we can adjust lighting or materials and see the results instantly without waiting for a render to cook. Cons

Cons

Some very useful features are locked behind a subscription model and some tools cannot be used with custom imported models.

Es un programa facil de utilizar, con herramientas deductivas con el cual no vas a tener mayor problema a la hora de preparar tu escena para hacer el renderizado. En la parte de hacer videos 3d la verdad es rapido y dando resultados muy buenos casi realistas. Hay muchas herramientas importantes para crear una escena compleja de manera no tan complicada. Por eso elegi este programa en calidad y precio.

Cons

Le falta algunos detalles para mejorar los reflejos y juego de nubes, algunos detalles en el material con volumen

Cons

Pros

D5 Render is the first rendering software I tried, and honestly, I’m very satisfied with its performance and the results I can achieve. What I like most is the continuous updates and improvements, which make the software faster, more efficient, and better suited for architectural rendering.

Cons

I think their customer service could be improved. I encountered a problem before when the software wasn’t working properly and contacted customer support, but I never received any response or follow-up. This lack of feedback was quite disappointing.

is very good, I enjoy rendering my models in the software, i think that the program has potencial to be the number one in the comunity of rendering

Pros

the lighting design, the resource library, and live synchronization, as well as how easy it is to use the program and the quality it produces in very little time

Cons

the community subscription, I like the software but I think the free subscription is very limited, which makes me have to look for assets from other programs and the file gets overloaded
