Not good never keeps the files I down load then removes files put each page separately not happy not sure what the issue is last 7 months

Pros

Scan instantly most of time works when needed but when go back in days later the file downloaded just disappeared

Cons

It’s been deleting my scan files and can’t find them they disappear when I need asap then I just stated printing copy’s bc this issue

Pros

I have used iScanner for over 5 years and I am never disappointed. All documents look great and I can save and email them with little effort at all.

Cons

So my one and only frustration is with having to use a black background because I don’t always have access to one.

Love it . I am an over the road owner operator and found the iScanner app great to use . It's fast and convenient !

Pros

Easy to use , easy to understand and very easy to teach to others so they understood how to use for themselves

Cons

Nothing , maybe the updates but I never really noticed the changes if there were any . The cost maybe was higher than other apps

Overall very good. The features I appreciate most are the use of the camera on my iPad to scan material, and the straightening function - I use it to scan music to my iPad and my aging eyes just can’t deal with crooked, wavey scanned music, like in the old days before I discovered iScanner.

Pros

Ease of use when using camera function, which I use all the time. Value for money. File sharing. AI refining function - straightening of material.

Cons

Sometimes the AI function doesn’t work. I talked to support about it and it appears fixed. I always share my files with a music reading program, and that program does not automatically show up on the list of possible programs to export to.

Didn’t get a chance to really take advantage I feel that they should use count each day when you are in use of it instead of giving you just a free trial for 14 days but you may not use it every single day so you’re not getting used to the app

Didn’t do much I like the fact that it was giving me a free trial and all of that was good and great, but I did not get a chance to use it

Cons

Didn’t know how to navigate I had no suggestions about which way to go and what app to use to make a PDF form

Pros

It’s very easy to use and makes high-quality pdfs. I love the way i seamlessly and accurately crops pages and adjusts exposure.

Cons

Can’t think of anything I don’t like about it. I forgot to mention that it makes it easy to reorder pages, too!

Convenient because scanning from my phone rather than a computer. Helpful when I have to sign a document.

Pros

Easy to use. Can use it anywhere and not dependent on a computer to transfer docs. I have used it for business. Now use it for recipes.

Cons

Many docs don’t transfer via email. Have to scan a few documents at a time. Otherwise very pleased with it.

I give it a 4 out of 5 there are a few Improvements that most be implemented, but over all it is still my goto app g do or retrieving my documents.

Pros

Use is easy I like being able to upload and download documents, and most of all being able to access them when needed

Cons

Ask to many questions just when I needed to access my documents, I’m not able, don’t like being forced into answering questions.
