Machine Operator and Student Construction Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "iScanner is more important than they know" September 6, 2025 5.0 I think I got too excited and ended up answering this one on the 1st question, but basically my experience, as I said, was, is, and since I don't intend to get rid of the app, will continue to be an essential and facilitating part of my routine. I don't need to lie, and I’m not getting paid for this long answers lol, but I can say with no hesitation that we are talking about nothing less than a flawless app. In fact, the only flaw is the fact that iScanner isn’t as popular as it should be. Pros Well, I don't write reviews at all, but I thought that maybe my collaboration could be helpful. iScanner is that kind of rare app that you find out of the blue, download, and it stays forever on your phone, as if it were a native app. There's so many features for so little money, not to mention the quick and easy support i had on the first and only time I had difficulty with something. Regardless of my level of knowledge when I got the app, it took me just a few minutes to learn by myself on how to use the everything, things that is really important like how to manage, create, modify, change the format, dimension, title, pages, customize and finally export or send any document anywhere. Honestly, there's so much content that I couldn't even list it. It's simply an app that has everything you need and anyone of any age, with any knowledge, can easily use it. Cons The only thing I didn't like about this app is that i didn’t find it before. I’m sure that it would have made things easier and many of the difficulties and problems I previously had wouldn’t have happened. The app is the best, but this whatever reviews site that I’m using now, is kind of nonsense. 80% of people gonna stop when they see theres a lot more pages to write when you just finished reviewing on the 1st page. I can do almost nothing in it though at first it seemed to work well. My documents are trapped in the app and I am getting no help from the very robotic customer care. I am waiting two weeks already for them to help me, it takes many days until they answer and when they answer they do not relate to my compalint but answer robotically Pros At first I fell in love with Iscanner. It helped me keep my files organized and it seemed easy enough. Cons I purchased a PRO subscription, a few months later I am stuck with this app. It takes ages to upload anything. It does not download anything, it does not pack or make zips to share, it is hard to move heavier files into the folders, it does not want to create PDF. I have been back and forth with a robotic customer support for TWO WEEKS! And robots keep on answering and no help. My files and docs are all trapped in this app. Do not trust!
