The company has been very responsive to user requests and in the several months we've used the tool we've already seen improvement. It's simple, reliable, and easy to use even if you're not using all the features. Pros Timesheet entry is straightforward and doesn't take much time. It's easy to review and edit previous entries before submitting.The mobile access makes it convenient to update on the go. Cons Since I mostly use the timesheet feature, I can't speak to the rest of the system. It would be nice to have a quick summary of total hours per week visible at a glance. Learning curve is short for this peice. Cons The app alerts to new messages but doesn't open the new message when the alert is tapped.
