Camelo helps shift-based workplaces save time scheduling, tracking time and attendance, and communicating with hourly workers. The drag-and-drop scheduler lets management create shifts and send schedules to workers quickly. Workers can clock in and out with their devices to record worked hours and attendance. Pros

Schedule updates and repeating/updating shifts week to week are simple and easy to manage. The company has been very responsive to user requests and in the several months we've used the tool we've already seen improvement.

Cons

Areas that need work are notifications, managing multiple schedule locations and the poor mobile performance.

For basic time tracking and timesheet entry, Camelo does the job well. It's simple, reliable, and easy to use even if you're not using all the features.

Pros

Timesheet entry is straightforward and doesn't take much time. It's easy to review and edit previous entries before submitting.The mobile access makes it convenient to update on the go.

Cons

Since I mostly use the timesheet feature, I can't speak to the rest of the system. It would be nice to have a quick summary of total hours per week visible at a glance.

Pros

Ease of scheduling and ability to copy schedules when shifts stay the same. Learning curve is short for this peice.

Cons

The app alerts to new messages but doesn't open the new message when the alert is tapped. It does however mark the message as read, which makes it hard to keep track.

Camelo is an all-in-one solution that makes managing our team effortless. The intuitive interface keeps everything smooth, from scheduling and attendance tracking (via both mobile and kiosk apps) to messaging, timesheets, task management, and labor forecasting. What really sets it apart is the outstanding 24/7 customer support—they respond instantly and truly listen to feedback, rolling out new features faster than I ever expected.
