### "Easy tool for complex parts"

We are very satisfied, both with the service and with our communication with customer service, whenever there is something that needs to be corrected or adapted to our needs.

Pros

The fact that we enjoy working at Partful is one thing. What matters far more is when our customers are satisfied because they feel at ease using our digital catalogue. It’s a simple tool for a complex task; using Partful is intuitive and practical.

Cons

There are a few layouts that could do better, particularly on the mobile interface, but these are improvements that are more of a “nice to have” than a must-have.

Excellent - great product, excellent support and team work. PARTFUL were happy to explore integration into other platforms as part of the on-boarding process.

Pros

\* The approach and support of the development team. \* The willingness to try new ways of displaying parts and using the platform \* The clarity and speed of operation in the live system

Cons

Any items outside of CAD needs a manual process, which was time consuming for both parties. The PARTFUL system works very well, as long as the CAD data is correct, complete and of the right quality

Pros

The intuitive 3D parts catalogue is a standout feature, making the identification and sourcing of parts incredibly straightforward, fast, and accurate. The ability to visually break down assemblies into individual components removes the guesswork often associated with traditional PDFs or static diagrams, significantly improving efficiency. The platform is modern, well designed, and easy to navigate, seamlessly integrating parts identification with ordering in one place. This delivers meaningful time savings across both internal teams and dealer networks. The addition of work instructions is a major advantage, supporting training, servicing, and ensuring consistency and accuracy across all users. Support from the Partful team has been excellent—they are responsive, knowledgeable, collaborative, and open to feedback, making both implementation and ongoing use smooth and effective. Overall, the platform modernises the entire after-sales process while reducing errors and minimising downtime.

Cons

There’s very little to fault. If anything, as with any evolving platform, there are always opportunities for continued refinement and expansion of features, but the current offering already delivers strong value.

### "I preferred the old PDFs"

Kind of solved a problem that nobody had. The PDFs and old site were basic but everyone, including customers, could use them to order parts. The new site looks cool, but it takes much longer to get to the F016 numbers

Pros

Looks pretty, reasonably easy to identify parts, but only if the customer is standing next to you

Cons

Very difficult to share the parts diagrams, so my customers continue to use the old PDF exploded diagrams which I then have to translate into the new references

Collaborative, peaceful and rewarding. Great energy is brought into every meeting, the team is always able to resolve issues, what more can you ask for.

Pros

Partful hit on all 3 of these hires across their different departments. \[sensitive content hidden\] was who initially walked us through the capabilities of the platform and sold us on the value added to Triangle Tube's customer base. It was then \[sensitive content hidden\] who helped with aligning our initial visions of success and the roadmap to getting there. \[sensitive content hidden\] was the one to execute these plans as the project manager, coordinating our outdated CAD files and BOMs into deliverable actions for his team. The team has been flexible with our timelines being pushed back, brought forward, pushed back again and has been beyond helpful at every turn of the project.

Cons

The only thing I would recommend is scaling of the UI. There are instances where the model when viewed on a desktop is spacious and then on a mobile phone/tablet is absolutely cluttered.

### "Kolpak Partful exploded parts diagrams are a huge success!"

We did not have any exploded parts diagrams available. I have very junior Parts Customer Service Representatives who have found using the Partful exploded parts diagram very beneficial to them.

Pros

How easy it was to roll out. The Partful team was exceptionally staffed to handle the myriad of parts we had.

Cons

That I didn't know about it sooner! I wished I had the capability to manage users accounts (i.e. reset passwords, delete users)

Pros

An awesome team. It is a delight working with them. Any issues are resolved fast, and thoroughly. If multiple- or complex changes need to be made, a call is always possible.

Cons

Some changes take some time, but the result is always exactly what was asked. truthfully, I have no real cons to list here.

Our experience with Partful has been positive. Partful modernized our parts process, reduced errors, and saved our team time. The platform is easy to use, and the team has been great to work with.

Pros

Partful’s 3D models make identifying parts fast, easy, and accurate. This platform is also a great training tool for the field.

Cons

I would love to see more analytics on the models and the individual parts without the basket/ordering feature to see a heat map of what's being viewed the most.

This is the first time I've used this kind of system and I quickly got used to it. It's very user-friendly.

Pros

The application is very easy to use, with the possibility of moving, enlarging and shifting viewing angles.

Cons

It would be necessary to be able to reassemble a few selected parts as you move closer to make sure you're making the right choice.

Brilliant. So much less hassle than talking on the phone and quick delivery !

Pros

It was so quick and easy to order and there was no problems with delivery. Or problems with getting the parts wrong like when I talk on the phone

Not all the machines are on their that I need but they may be added soon
