Pros

Haven’t seen anything like the identity check in any other apps yet. I’m confident every transaction that comes through is reliable. It took minutes to set up. Implementation team was great and very responsive in case I had questions.

Cons

I'd really like if there was a bit more control over the smaller details, like setting notifications and reminders. Also there isn't really a way to save documents related to customers. For example if they have their own certificate of insurance, I want to be able to track it under the customer record. No sweat though

Pros

Getting customers to book online is no easy task but Equipme makes the overall process so much better. User-friendly platform and automation features were the game changers for us. Equipme streamlined our operations and boosted the reservations. I would highly recommend this platform if you are a rental business owner like me!

Cons

Can’t think of anything big enough to mention here. Customer support resolved any inquiries within hours and, honestly, the process is so well automated that we didn’t need to contact them much!

Pros

Easy to use, and intuitive. Solid customer service. My customers are happy and it's easy for them to book rentals online vs needing to call in. Saves a ton of back-and-forth and reduces paperwork. Great booking management. Priced fairly especially when other subscription services charge per user.

Cons

Seems like the platform is fairly new, but it looks like they update frequently. Took a bit of time to onboard, but the team was very helpful.
