I’m confident every transaction that comes through is reliable. It took minutes to set up. Implementation team was great and very responsive in case I had questions. Cons I'd really like if there was a bit more control over the smaller details, like setting notifications and reminders. Also there isn't really a way to save documents related to customers. For example if they have their own certificate of insurance, I want to be able to track it under the customer record. Took a bit of time to onboard, but the team was very helpful.
