Customer care is very quick and effective + they quite often ask our opinion on the future development ideas. Overall the big picture on what is happening and what not is much easier to understand compared to Excel. Pros It was very easy to implement and is very easy to use on a daily basis. I like the reminders and summaries it sends to different shareholders. Also the Kanban view helps better to understand the progress of different projects and tasks. Very good thing is also the comments and the external communication option. Cons Actually nothing bad to say. Or, lets but it in other words - you can understand that it's meant for real estate management (wordings, functionalities), but we liked the overall logic and learned how to use those functionalities in our business field. Everything works smoothly and is easy enough for everyone to use. Pros Everything is much faster and clearer, compared to Excel. What must be highlighted is the customer support - it's just super, always very fast and specific solutions. Cons The phone view could be little bit better, but as I understood, they are already working on it. Each month we had to keep an eye that all the formulas were correct, the arrival and departure dates were included correctly in cost sharing etc. Also there were no reminders of the contract deadlines or rental price changes, so a lot of manual work had to be done. It’s one of the better real estate platforms I’ve used — intuitive, reliable, and transparent. I appreciated how straightforward the process was from browsing to contacting sellers.c Pros The website is very easy to use, with a clean and modern design. Searching and comparing properties was smooth, and I found all the details I needed quickly. The listings feel trustworthy and well-organized. September 18, 2024 5.0 Pros We are using Hausing to handle our offices maintenance issues. It’s very convenient that all the issues reported by the people of our office end up in one place. They can also get status updates of their problems, which they really appreciate. I really like the function, that I can assign maintenance tasks to contractors outside of our company. Pros For us, it was necessary that we use one system for everything related to our tenants (rental agreements, utility cost division, invoicing and task management) and that's exactly what Hausing provides us. It's simple to use, easy to learn and keeps our data up to date in real-time. Before Hausing we were using multiple Excel tables and the data was different in file. It was hard to understand how well our rental business was going and which data was correct. Thanks to Hausing we save time and money and it helps us to be much more efficient. Ticketing function is in every day use for me. It gives a very good overview of ongoing tasks and their progress. Cons At first, it was difficult to get all our people used to the new system, so it took a bit of time, but once it was done everything runs pretty smoothly.
