En un principio se usaba una herramienta pagada auto gestionada, el problema es que si quedaba mal configurado un flujo no habia atención. por lo que estas reuniones cada dos semanas hacen que si existe algun problema en la plataforma, puedan resolverlo. Me costó en un principio confiar en las métricas, pero una vez que están bien configuradas, sirven de herramienta de monitoreo que nos ayuda con las promesas de servicio de la compañía.

Pros

Si se configura bien los flujos, sirve para medir el UPTIME y calidad del servicio. entrega alertas en tiempo real que permiten hacer una gestión oportuna del alguna caída. Así se evita que los usuarios tengan que estar avisando de caídas del sitio. es una herramienta que ayuda a la proactividad

Cons

Al principio los flujos tienen que revisarse harto para confiar en ellos, ya que hay varios falsos positivos. El tiempo de configuración de un flujo. El precio de los pasos, podría haber bolsas que vayan inversamente proporcional al costo, mientras más pasos, debería ser más barato.

A nivel general han sido muy atentos y los cambios e implementaciones se han realizado bastante rápido.

La interfaz usuario es bastante amigable e intuitiva, funciona normalmente rápido.

Cons

En algunas oportunidades se dejó de grabar los errores del flujo (Intermitencias), este punto lo han mejorado.

Desde mi experiencia, combina un diseño atractivo, facilidad de uso y claridad informativa, fue muy buena elección implementarlo para llegar a obtener informacion de manera mas expedita. Todo dentro del uso que le damos en redes.

Cons

A pesar de sus ventajas mencionadas anteriormente, Desde el uso que le doy puede no ser la mejor opción para quienes buscan una solución simple y directa. Ya que lo siento poco intuitivo.

En general tengo una buena experiencia utilizando el monitoreo. Lo uso bastante como un validador del correcto funcionamiento de nuestras aplicaciones, especialmente cuando hay un pase a producción que causo un problema o bien cuando ejecuto un trabajo programado en la infraestructura que soporta los servicios de la compañía.

Pros

Los pro de la herramienta son:- Se puede hacer troubleshooting o análisis detallado de las fallas- Es posible revisar de forma fácil el comportamiento histórico detectando cambios que impacten los flujos

Cons

Los contras:- Se puede mejorar la forma en que se presentan los datos o mejor dicho customizar los gráficos- Los errores principales de los flujos podrían ponerse en un cuadro aparte o en un mensaje rápido para no tener que estar entrando al detalle- Se debe mejorar la velocidad de carga de las gráficas, a veces es muy lenta

Por su fácil uso y forma visual en la primera pantalla es fácil ver a que flujos prestarles atención y buscar info sobre sus pasos, errores o lentitudes.

Pros

La herramienta es de fácil uso, por lo cual no se pierde mucho tiempo al revisar los flujos.

Cons

Entiendo que se va midiendo en base a lo que se configura en el robot, me gustaría ver más lo que pasa con usuarios reales ya que no depende de los desarrolladores a que cambien algo y esto empiece a dar falsos positivos.
