As is communicating in both directions via the ATS with them. This improves the performance of consultants, and limits admin activity. Pros The staff at Axlr8 are on hand at a moments notice. Any new IT system can be "clunky" to replace legacy systems and change is never easy for staff but Axlr8 have made the move to them easy. They have held our hand through process and always offered solutions. They have been able to take CSG to the next level and enable growth. Cons There was nothing really that stood out - just being mindful all operations are very bespoke - especially the operation we oversee, we cannot fit into the "over the shelf" packages. It was very easy to use and an extremely helpful and important tool for everyday business. Cons Any issues that I didn’t like were reported to the developers and overcome.
