Iona brought it all under one roof and honestly it was a relief. Pros The WhatsApp nudge feature is a game changer. New joiners actually complete their documents on time now because iona pings them automatically. The AI chatbot handles most of the repetitive queries new hires have, which has reduced my team's workload significantly. E-signatures saved us so much back and forth. Cons The dashboard took a little getting used to initially. Took maybe a week to feel fully comfortable navigating between the onboarding checklist and BGV sections. Pros iona is great at developing, automating, and standardizing onboarding processes for new recruits, teams, and managers. It also saves time for administrative work in the People Service department and gives new hires more rewarding onboarding experiences. Cons Nothing It's just too perfect and I haven't had any difficulty while using the software.
