What I like the most is the integration features from one software program to another - whilst helping you to manage and store documents and image files in an effective manner.
I specifically like the PIM for is Parent and Child association. We work with 15,000 product lines and this are interlinked and the PIM makes the management of that data very easy.
I find it really simple to use and great for collaborating.
Renaissance helps my team get images approved faster.
Cons
Sometimes would crash or log out with out saving comments.
In all honesty and I find it difficult to find fault with renaissance.
The zooming and having to drag comments off the page.
Don't like that we can't change comments in documents once we have written them and clicked off. Can't annotate more than 20 documents at the same time.

Overall: We are solving Product information management in one clear space. We are also using it to integrate Product SKU and Image into indesign from a Print and Digital perspective. This literally saves us hours of time and is an excellent solution as a one stop shop for our marketing production needs.

Overall: Using Renaissance has relived pressure from my team. All repro is now out-of-house which allows us to concentrate on the bigger projects.
Pros: For us, the commenting tool is the most important. It helps us clearly show what needs changing when working remotely.
Cons: For the tools I use, I think it works nicely.
