Pros Optimalflow mi ha consentito di digitalizzare svariati processi che in banca erano gestiti in modo non strutturato: poter creare con facilità dei flussi di lavoro partendo da editor grafici, ci ha aiutati a condividere con i process owner le nostre considerazioni, in un'ottica di costante miglioramento ed affinamento dei processi.
