La versatilità dello strumento lo ha reso il punto di riferimento dei vari process owner per la messa a punto di tutti i processi bancari. Pros Optimalflow mi ha consentito di digitalizzare svariati processi che in banca erano gestiti in modo non strutturato: poter creare con facilità dei flussi di lavoro partendo da editor grafici, ci ha aiutati a condividere con i process owner le nostre considerazioni, in un'ottica di costante miglioramento ed affinamento dei processi. La possibilità di appoggiarsi ai dati dei nostri gestionali ha semplificato il lavoro di moltissimi utenti e contribuito a eliminare quasi del tutto la possibilità do errore.
