Lo strumento si presenta solido e altamente flessibile. Grazie all’interfaccia di amministrazione intuitiva, è possibile creare rapidamente nuovi flussi operativi senza necessità di scrivere codice. Un punto di forza rilevante è la velocità con cui si passa dall’ideazione alla piena operatività del flusso. Inoltre, il team di sviluppo si è dimostrato disponibile e tempestivo nell’accogliere richieste di integrazione e nel valutare possibili evoluzioni della piattaforma. A differenza di altre software house, il team ha una spiccata attenzione alla User Experience, elemento che si riflette positivamente sull’uso della piattaforma.

Utilizzo lo strumento di workflow da moltissimi anni ed è attualmente lo strumento più apprezzato all'interno della nostra realtà bancaria: dove non arriva il gestionale, arriva e va ben oltre OptimalFlow. La versatilità dello strumento lo ha reso il punto di riferimento dei vari process owner per la messa a punto di tutti i processi bancari.

Pros

Optimalflow mi ha consentito di digitalizzare svariati processi che in banca erano gestiti in modo non strutturato: poter creare con facilità dei flussi di lavoro partendo da editor grafici, ci ha aiutati a condividere con i process owner le nostre considerazioni, in un'ottica di costante miglioramento ed affinamento dei processi. La possibilità di appoggiarsi ai dati dei nostri gestionali ha semplificato il lavoro di moltissimi utenti e contribuito a eliminare quasi del tutto la possibilità do errore.

Cons

Nessuno svantaggio rilevato. Nel corso degli anni il fornitore ha contribuito attivamente all'accoglimento di suggerimenti di migliorie rilasciando frequenti aggiornamenti migliorativi.

Conoscevo già la "suite" intranet WorkTorether da molto tempo, come agenzia l'abbiamo usata per anni e la usiamo tutt'ora. Questo tool vertical sull'automazione di processi critici nei siti che realizziamo è un ulteriore passo avanti per quanto riguarda efficienza ed efficacia. Le alternative sono suite enterprise dal costo proibitivo per i nostri clienti o lo sviluppo custom con tutti i contro del caso.

Pros

Aggiungere funzionalità per noi core in siti B2B è diventato estremamente facile: aree documentali e amministrative nelle extranet delle aziende si realizzano in poco tempo e con una solidità difficile da ottenere con i CMS più commerciali in circolazione.

Cons

Difficile trovare dei difetti, è un tool specializzato e qualche funzionalità può essere ancora aggiunta, ma per il nostro utilizzo da sviluppatori ha comportato solo benefici.
