I can’t overstate the benefit of working with an onshore team who clearly understands our industry and local market, and the challenges faced by Australian manufacturers & distributors. Nextchannel is more a partner than a vendor - their skills, knowledge and support have been first-rate.

Pros

Far better conversion rate than our previous standalone store locator. Plenty of customisation options, along with the ability to display retailer’s stock info, is what initially set Nextchannel apart for us. Pricing is also excellent, delivering the fastest ROI of any solution out there.

Cons

The ability to run pricing reports and send email alerts would be useful when monitoring prices offered by our retailers. The Nextchannel team advised this feature is on the roadmap.
