Par contre chaque montée de version est extrêmement chronophage et entraîne de nombreux problèmes ou la dégradation de certains usages. Le retour sur investissement de la montée de version est très peu perceptible car il ne s'accompagne pas d'une évolution ou d'une remise en question de notre utilisation. Pros La possibilité de pouvoir adapter Teexma selon nos besoins. Les constantes évolutions apportées au logiciel à chaque version. Cons Il a fallut partir d'une feuille blanche et construire toute la solution. La solution ne répond pas aujourd'hui à l'intégralité des exigences de la 21CFR. L'idéal serait de pouvoir utiliser Teexma comme une base de collecte de toutes nos données, puisque nous y rentrons déjà toutes les informations nécessaires, et de pouvoir en extraire celles qui nous intéressent à un moment T. L'utilisation n'est, de plus, pas la "intuitive" : la façon dont les champs sont nommés, le nombre de clics pour aller d'un endroit à un autre (l'impossibilité de retourner en arrière quand on s'est trompé également) et toute demande de changement prend "du temps". Cons Teexma à beaucoup évolué depuis 2014, l'ergonomie reste cependant un point à améliorer, ainsi que la bonne cohérence entre différents "modules" par exemple la gestion "multi-langues", est complexe à mettre en place et peut conduire a des problèmes de classement des entités.La programmation de champs calculés est soit limitée soit complexe à appréhender.
