Pros

We liked how we could customize our reports to our likings. It was user friendly, and it served its purpose for our trade.

Cons

We were limited to a server based system and we could only upload and download from a certain computer at our office.

Easy to use, Training to new users understood.

Cons

some of the text fonts can not be altered, can look small when using an Iphone.

Our experience has been a very positive one where we were given the training and guidance by \[sensitive content hidden\] to get to a point where all operators were comfortable with the product. It is now a critical management tool in logging maintenance issues around the complex and ensuring that all issues are addressed promptly. It's useful in identifying assets that are gone beyond repair.

Pros

Every issue we identify is logged on the system for action and it gives an excellent overview of current issues and passed issues with assets that are individually tagged. Once established it becomes the go to management tool for all maintenance issues around the complex and staff buy into it and know that they must follow up each job.

Cons

Like every new system it can take a little time to get comfortable with it. Every industry is different and we find that we don't have the requirement to use all of the options available to the operator as they are so diverse and may be ideal for a more technical industry such as Pharma, Manufacturing etc. .

Reasons for choosing FacilityManager

The supplier was easy to engage with and assisted us in understanding how Facility Manager could enable us to efficiently deal with all maintenance / repair issues as they arose. He ensured that all staff were comfortable with the system and was always readily available to deal with any queries. The costs were also a factor and we found the system to be excellent value for money.

At the start i found it hard to change over to this system as a lot of my carrier jobs were over the phone and email. Since we have changed over in 2012 - 2013 my work load and arranging jobs has being maid easier. Our clients here on site have found it easy to use also which helps us us it to it best ability.

Pros

Everything. We came from jobs being printed on paper to paperless over night. Very easy and user friendly. \[sensitive content hidden\] is on hand if I have an issue and resolves same so quickly. When I say issue its not the system , its when I forget how to log or add an asset he walks me through same. Great system to be honest

Cons

We were the first to be trained on the system when \[sensitive content hidden\] set it up. At the start it needed a few tweaks to suit our site here in MTU. Once these were changed it works great. Id find it hared to fault any part of the system to be fair
