Allgemein sehr gut, team schaut immer rein nach Calls und wir sind alles in allem zufrieden mit der Lösung

Feedback und auch die Zusammenfassungen nach den Calls Coaching ist weitestgehend auch sehr gut und Vernetzung zum CRM

Cons

\- Emails: Hier wäre es praktisch, wenn man einfach Context Files hinterlegen könnte und die Vorschläge "dynamisch" wären für Mails, sprich basierend am Gesrpächsinhalt dynamische Inhalte vorgeschlagen werden Reportfunktion für mich etwas unklar Generell wäre es gut, wenn man "Folder" machen könnte in die man Calls reingeben kann

Overall the experience has been great, the tool itself works well. Our company had internal software issues that limits our ability to use the tool for all its value.

Pros

The notes and email summary. This allows reps to more efficiently operate and can more easily recall action items from meetings.

Cons

We are currently under the pilot program therefore these features may not exist due to that. I would like to have more CRM integration and email automation for follow-ups. Also it would be great to have a report that can provide customer profiles of our top performing customers.

das eigene promting, um die Daten och besser auszuwerten, gute Erkennung, wer was gesagt hat und Auswertung von Gesprächen

zu wenig Flexibilität bei der Erstellung des eigenen templates. die Vorlagen passen alle nicht so richtig für mich. ich würde gern mehr auf meine Bedürfnisse anpassen (oder ich weiß' noch nicht, wie es geht)

Täglicher Begleiter in meinem Sales Prozess seit Einführung. Support ein großes Plus. Wir hatten noch nicht viele Themen, aber wenn wir eine Frage hatten, hat sich immer sofort jemand gemeldet, der uns geholfen hat.

Im Vertrieb nimmt es mir die Arbeit der Zusammenfassungen ab; ich muss nicht mitschreiben und kann mich auf den Prospect konzentrieren. die Mitschrift ist dadurch viel genauer. In Vorbereitung auf Folgetermin kann ich gezielt via. Agent fragen, was Sache ist und worauf ich mich vorbereiten soll.

Cons

im Moment gibt es tatsächlich nichts was mir nicht gefällt außer eine individuelle Einstellung (diese ist aber abhängig von unseren internen Prozessen): Die Bewertung der Meetings macht meines Erachtens dadurch manchmal wenig Sinn, weil oft die Termin die teilweise direkt Kaufen schlecht bewertet sind und umgekehrt.

Sehr zufriedenstellend und sehr stark für Auswertungen etc. Allerdings wird dieses meiner Meinung nach zu stark aufgebläht in Kickscale selbst – das Ziel sollte sein, dass die User im Sales Kickscale so an das CRM und KI-Modelle angebunden sind, dass man nicht für jede Kleinigkeit in Kickscale unterwegs sein muss, lieber alles zentralisiert und eine Übertragung der wichtigen Infos in das tool was am meisten genutzt wird im Sales, also ins CRM.

Pros

Die Insights über die Performance der Gespräche, die ich gehalten habe, und die Möglichkeit, mir das Coaching anzusehen und davon zu lernen. Zudem ist das Transkript extremst wertvoll für Follow-up und in der Nutzung mit einer externen KI.

Cons

Die Schnittstelle zu LangDock ist noch ausbaufähig – wir nutzen Kickscale jeden Tag und merken aber, dass die KI-Modelle von LangDock viel versatiler sind, und kopieren aktuell alles immer aus Kickscale raus in die unterschiedlichen KI-Modelle, um daraus dann E-Mails oder Follow-ups oder Summaries zu generieren.

in den Terminen, die wir mit \[sensibler Inhalt ausgeblendet\] hatten und an denen ich teilgenommen habe, hatte ich einen sehr guten Eindruck ingesamt: - gute Produktvorstellung - super auf Fragen und Einwände eingegangen - keinen Druck aufgebaut - wir haben sehr lange testen dürfen und konnten uns immer bei Rückfragen melden - ich hoffe, dass also mein Arbeitgeber sich FÜR KickScale entscheidet ;-)

Pros

\- die Analyse/ Auswertungsmöglichkeiten / Coachings - dass sich beide Gesprächsseiten voll und ganz auf den Termin einlassen können und nicht mitschreiben müssen, da alle Infos transkribiert werden

Cons

\- dass es (derzeit?) keine Möglichkeit gibt, das Terminvideo herunterzuladen und lokal abzuspeichern

I really enjoy using kickscale and i use it for every single meeting, it's my place to go to analyse my meetings and help me improve for next calls

Pros

The analytics part, where you see what you did good and how to improve for the next call. It also provides the best outcome possible

Cons

the suggested email in the Kickscale is not the best possible outcome, i think the email section should be improved

Tägliche Nutzung ist in jedem Termin dabei. Coaching wird genutzt, Transkripte werden genutzt. fester Bestandteil unseres Sales-Prozesses

Pros

Transkripte werden automatisch erfasst, das Coaching, und es wird automatisch in CRM übertragen. Das Rating im Coaching finde ich auch sehr gut.

Cons

Ich würde gerne schneller und variabler Dinge einstellen können. Oft gefällt es mir mehr, die Transkripte in eine andere KI, zum Beispiel Claude, zu übertragen und mit so einer guten analytischen KI noch individuellere Informationen rausziehen zu können.

Meine allgemeine Erfahrung mit Kickscale ist durchweg positiv. Besonders überzeugt haben mich die intelligente KI-Unterstützung, die praxisnahen Coachings und die informativen Web-Seminare. Das Tool erleichtert den Arbeitsalltag spürbar und unterstützt dabei, Gespräche und Prozesse deutlich effizienter zu gestalten.

Pros

Mit Kickscale macht Vertrieb richtig Spaß! Besonders stark sind die KI-Anbindungen, die praxisnahen Coachings und die hilfreichen Web-Seminare. Das Tool hilft dabei, Verkaufsgespräche besser zu analysieren, Potenziale zu erkennen und Teams nachhaltig weiterzuentwickeln. Absolut empfehlenswert für moderne Sales-Teams!

Cons

Bei Kickscale kann die Vielzahl an Funktionen anfangs etwas komplex wirken. Außerdem benötigen die KI-Auswertungen und Coachings eine gewisse Einarbeitungszeit, damit das volle Potenzial optimal genutzt werden kann.

Pros

I can watch my own discovery calls, learn from them, coach myself. In our industry, the prospects do not see a problem when they see the notetaker, Kickscale is not as "in their face"

Cons

I'd love an integration with claude. And also with Zapier, It would be cool to be able to build better automations with it.
