The regular reports received have provided an overarching understanding on performance and tracked through time, allows to see the changes and improvements made to the Endoscopy Services in a transparent way.

Pros

From an overview perspective, the reporting is timely and adaptable, and provides sufficient data to establish performance. Trusts have correlated data and found that there is little variation from the internal data sources, or that anomalies could be addressed through training. Also, through the reporting tool there is opportunity to interrogate the data. The Inform team are supportive in providing their insights to the data for developments in the services.

Cons

The reports were initially only via PDF, however this has been supported by exports of the data, allowing for integration with NHS reporting systems. The level of mandatory reporting required and utilised in Endoscopy activity means that trusts have other sources and Thrive is not integrated and there is a risk of discrepancies, and considered extra to the mandatory reporting.

Brilliant, the THRIVE team are incredibly helpful and always on hand to support when needed. We have seen a number of valuable and measurable benefits from using THRIVE and have received great feedback from staff using the tool too.

Pros

Thrive is brilliant for measuring data and performance, which is then presented in a clear, easy to understand format. It is an easy system to use and provides useful data to help measure performance and look for improvements within the service. The admin support is extremely helpful and responsive.

Cons

Can sometimes be difficult having lots of online systems, but a work around can be made.

We commenced this in September 22 and have been utilising Thrive 100% of the time. Team love how easy it is to set up and i love the reports. I can check to see what lists are finishing early and late.

Pros

I love this product, previously i was collecting room turn around times, start and finish times and room utilisation by hand to write a report each month. This saves me so much time and also saves time for my team. Excellent

Cons

How to access the reports can be challenging, choosing the hospital, site and then adding in the dates
