President Civic & Social Organization Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Efficient, modern and flexible platform for event planning and management" January 24, 2024 5.0 It's been a terrific experience for us from day 1. The Eventease \[sensitive content hidden\] is incredibly helpful and very accommodating. Our "crazy" requests seem to be helpful to them, too as it allows them to be more prepared and nimble. Pros Customer Service. Best we've ever encountered. You need to talk to the leader - he gets on the phone with you. Cons This isn't a criticism of Eventease, but the credit card fees can add up (especially for larger purchases). This is why it's so great that they offer ACH and the ability to pay outside of the platform (the latter being the less favorable option, but it's nice to have it) Switched from [Eventbrite](https://www.capterra.com/p/114949/Eventbrite/) Primarily, the cost. EventEase is designed for use by 501c3 organizations like ours, and anticipates what is required to set up an event. EventEase staff will work with you to tailor the application to your event needs. Execellent customer service. Lower fee structure than others. Cons I can't think of a thing that I would want changed. Pros I liked how thorough the tool was for managing all aspects of the event. The support for any questions we had was excellent. It was also quite easy to learn how to use EventEase for all that we needed. Cons The out of the box reporting is pretty basic and could be improved. Administrative Director Financial Services Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "EventEase For Conference Management" July 19, 2023 5.0 We are using EventEase for our National Conference for the second year in a row. Our Association is small and holds one conference annually with an average attendance of 65. In the past we received the conference registration form in house and then proceeded to run the credit cards and manually register attendees for the Conference. In 2022 we made the decision to move to EventEase for our registration services and we are extremely happy that we made the move. No longer do we have registration forms come into the office for processing. Now, individuals register themselves and add their information to the system. We then simply run a report and have all the information we need. This saves hours of time. The reports which EventEase staff have written and provided to us are specific to our Association and what we need to hold a successful conference. I have found that if I need a change, they are quick to make the change. Communication. This is so important in this day and age. At no time have I waited more than a few hours to receive a response to my email and the response time is normally within the hour (or within a few minutes). Their attention to detail and response time is so important to a small Association. I highly recommend EventEase for your meeting and/or event registration. Pros The most important feature for our Association is the Registration System. It is extremely easy for our attendees and sponsors to use. EventEase processes the credit card and notifies us of the registration and the total amount of payment, less fees and net amount going into our bank account. They wrote the reports that I needed, specifically for our Association. The reports are easy to read and easy to download and work with. Cons I think the hardest part was on my side, learning the system. However, EventEase spent the time to assist me with the "learning" and continues to answer any and all questions which I come up with. Reason for choosing EventEase Communication. The \[sensitive content hidden\] of EventEase was open with me, gave me a "test" system to look at and use prior to us signing up. Associate Financial Advisor Financial Services Used the software for: 2+ years ### "EventEase makes raising money EASY" April 5, 2023 5.0 Every year my family uses EventEase to raise money for our dad's scholarship. \[sensitive content hidden\] and his team create an exceptional website that is not only easy to use and logical to follow for donors, but they are efficient and quick with changes we request. The technology is user friendly and our participants found the site easy to navigate and process transactions. More importantly, I get streamlined reporting on donations and totals as well as information that I can use easily to thank donors and track our donations. I don’t know what we would do without EventEase and the support that stands behind it. The efficiency the platform provided saved us. It was a big reason we were able to raise enough to meet our goal. \[sensitive content hidden\] from EventEase put his own time and energy into our success. He is incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions we had. I can honestly say we could not make this scholarship work without EventEase. I've been using them for the past 4 years now and will continue to do so. Pros The site is very easy to use and the set up was done very quickly by \[sensitive content hidden\] and his team. I love the efficiency of the client service. I have never waited for a response to a request for a change or update. I also love the ease of use for our donors. No one has ever complained to me about it. It's safe and secure and easy. I also love the fact that I can add pictures which personalizes it and really connects with donors. Cons Last year we asked for addresses to be included in the tracking reports and this year we got that. They are always looking for ways to improve it. March 30, 2023 5.0 Outstanding experience with the entire software Pros EventEase is extremely easy to use and customize for your personal application. The process for individuals to submit payments is seamless. I used to spend hours trying to make an Excel spreadsheet for all this stuff, now I don't know what I would do without EventEase Cons I don't have any cons about EventEase. I like the fact that I can utilize EventEase from my cell phone and i still get all functionality. Pros Love the ease and usability of the site. We have already started thinking about next year's events and fundraisers and new ways that we can incorporate EventEase to help us! Pros EventEase has greatly improved our PTO's efficiency on event/fundraising management. No more managing separate spreadsheets and paper form returns. I absolutely love the reporting feature and user dashboard which gives us a comprehensive glance at where we stand from a financial and participation perspective. Participants have greatly enjoyed being able to pay online and fill out forms online. Cons I don't have any cons to note about this tool.
