Pros

With brief training, I was able to build out all of our forms and Notes in less than a week. My practice of 30+ people went live in ONE MONTH. Incredibly useful dashboard and reporting features help keep first things first in the practice. The development team is responsive and a job to work with. The whole system is a joy to work with. They teach you how to build the tools you need for your practice. We left a horrible EHR launch experience and within 2 months had completed turned our revenue issues around due to their robust billing and payment processes. On top of that it's and incredible price point for the features you get. US BASED SUPPORT!!! Quick to offer enhancements when possible and when not possible, very good justifications for trying to accomplish things a different way. Psykdesk understands the business drivers of the Mental Health Practice and wants to please.

Cons

The sheer amount of functionality and customizability, inevitably lead to some glitches here and there. But the team is so fast to respond and fix when possible.

Very good onboarding support, take suggestions for improvements, reliable EHR and easy to use system.

Pros

Once you get your templates set up it is a very easy to use EHR. Great onboarding process. Reliable.

Cons

Nothing. I am happy I went with this EHR. They were helpful in getting it set up and any questions I had were quickly answered.

My favorite features are:1. The ability to communicate with all office staff regarding patient matters through the portal2. Easy to track monthly revenue.

I honestly can not think of any dislikes. When comparing Psykdesk to other products in the mental health field, it is in a class of its own.

Super fast, ticketing system is a must for managing tasks, the dashboards and views we could not live without.

I like that there are spots to indicate when available and what service you are available for. Writing notes and billing are easy. I like that the system has notes, documentation, billing, messaging, and telehealth camera all in one place.

Cons

The pathway to get to messaging could be easier.
