December 10, 2025 5.0 Pros With brief training, I was able to build out all of our forms and Notes in less than a week. My practice of 30+ people went live in ONE MONTH. Incredibly useful dashboard and reporting features help keep first things first in the practice. The development team is responsive and a job to work with. The whole system is a joy to work with. They teach you how to build the tools you need for your practice. We left a horrible EHR launch experience and within 2 months had completed turned our revenue issues around due to their robust billing and payment processes. On top of that it's and incredible price point for the features you get. US BASED SUPPORT!!! Quick to offer enhancements when possible and when not possible, very good justifications for trying to accomplish things a different way. Psykdesk understands the business drivers of the Mental Health Practice and wants to please. Cons The sheer amount of functionality and customizability, inevitably lead to some glitches here and there. But the team is so fast to respond and fix when possible. Pros I love the fact that this EHR system is so customizable. It allows me to tailor it to the exact needs of my practice! Cons So far, I am happy with the entire product! October 26, 2025 5.0 Very good onboarding support, take suggestions for improvements, reliable EHR and easy to use system. Pros Once you get your templates set up it is a very easy to use EHR. Pros PsykDesk is easy to use. I am able to navigate new areas of the platform on my own. Cons Would love if insurance type could be listed on the calendar so I didn't have to go into the patient's file to get that information. I am not a techie, and I did not require a training on how to use it. I love that it is updated regularly and suggestions for improvement are always considered. There's even an instant messaging feature to speak with other colleagues, which is extremely helpful for urgent needs. Cons I don't have any complaints!
