Unsere Anwender finden die Usability sehr gut, was wichtig ist, um unsere Workflows schnell und effizient durchlaufen zu können. Pros Workflows können mittels BPMN einfach erstellt werden. Außerdem wird er aktuelle Prozessschritt kenntlich gemacht. Mit ein wenig Programmierwissen, lassen sich im Backend Templates aufbauen ein Wizard kann unterstützend verwendet werden. Funktionen wie das Grafikstudio tragen zur Standardisierung und Automatisierung bei.
