Wir haben bereits mit dem Vorgänger der MPP.360 gearbeitet und sind dann zur MPP.360 migriert. Die Zusammenarbeit klappt hervorragend. Wir nutzen DIU als Integrator, die sehr gut zwischen uns (OTTO) und der MPP.360 aufgestellt sind. Unsere Anwender finden die Usability sehr gut, was wichtig ist, um unsere Workflows schnell und effizient durchlaufen zu können.

Pros

Workflows können mittels BPMN einfach erstellt werden. Außerdem wird er aktuelle Prozessschritt kenntlich gemacht. Mit ein wenig Programmierwissen, lassen sich im Backend Templates aufbauen ein Wizard kann unterstützend verwendet werden. Funktionen wie das Grafikstudio tragen zur Standardisierung und Automatisierung bei. Über das Rollen- und Rechtesystem lassen sich Nutzergruppen erstellen, die spezielle Ansichten, Rechte und Aufgaben im Workflow haben. Drittsysteme können per API angeschlossen werden. Die MPP.360 verfügt über eine gute Dokumentation sowie Kundensupport. Kunden wünsche fließen in die stetige Produktentwicklung ein.

Cons

Die Möglichkeit für Annotationen ist aktuell begrenzt. Die MPP.360 bietet einen Datenexport an, ein umfangreiches Reporting im Tool selbst gibt es nicht.
