Gute, ambitionierte Software mit den richtigen Ansätzen. Darf nicht zu schnell in Funktionalität wachsen wenn Qualität erhalten bleiben soll.

Plattformübergreifende Funktionalität ohne on Premise Installationen.

Cons

Viele Features sind noch nicht ausreichend gut Implementiert um den Nutzen in den Bereichen einzufahren: Beispiel: Verfügbarkeitsreporting mit unzureichenden Schichtkalendern oder Ersatzteilmanagement mit manueller Ersatzteilabbuchung. (nicht retrograd)

Pros

Sehr einfache Handhabung und schnelle Dateneingabe. Das sorgt im Alltag für den Wegfall der Zettelwirtschaft, da die Kollegen für sich einen Mehrwert zur Nutzung von Elara erfahren, statt sich Notizen auf einem Zettel zu machen. Als angenehmen Nebeneffekt erhalten wir so eine umfangreichere und transparente Dokumentation von Vorgängen.

Cons

Das Dokumentenmanagement ist noch in einem Beta-Status; keine Vererbung und Bearbeitung von hochgeladenen Dokumenten an Objekten möglich. Eine Dokumentenübersicht gibt es nicht wirklich. Auch merkt man, dass hinter Elara ein Startup steht. Die Leute sind wirklich sehr bemüht und auch kompetent, der Implementierungs-Prozess zieht sich jedoch länger hin. Das Produkt scheint so gut anzukommen, dass das Kunden-Mitarbeiter-Verhältnis mitunter in Schieflage gerät.

Wenn überhaupt, dann ein Stundenplan für die Woche die MA mit wenig IT Kenntnis oder schlechter Sprachkenntnis als Ausdruck an die Hand gegeben werden kann.

Der Papierkrieg hat sich erledigt. Eine Entscheidung ob Maschinen abgängig sind wird erleichtert.Teamwork wird gefördert.Es kommt nicht in Vergessenheit.Das Arbeiten macht Spaß, da man immer einen Fortschritt sieht.

Pros

Die Bedienoberfläche ist ansprechen (das ist das erste was man sieht!)Die Bedienung ist intuitiv und und einfach. Man vergisst nichts mehr und in Besprechungen hat man alle Infos dabei (wenn man ein Handy, oder ähnliches bei sich hat).Serienaufträge sind einfach anzulegen und zu verwalten. Teamwork wird gesteigert und die Kommunikation ist viel besser.

Cons

Es wäre super, wenn man mehrere Aufgabenintervall (nach Betriebsstunden) pro Objekt anlegen kann. Aktuell ist nur ein Intervall möglich, jedoch sind mehrere nötig um alle Aufgaben abdecken zu können. Automatisches erstellen von Aufgaben, nach einer Mangelhaften Inspektion (Alle Infos sind schon in den vorherigen Aufgaben vorhanden!)Eine Chat wäre indem man Teams und einzelne User anschreiben könnte wäre hilfreich.

Guter Gesamteindruck. Die Verbesserungsvorschläge sind schon auf hohem Niveau.

Pros

Elara ist benutzerfreundlich und leicht zu bedienen. Durch die gute Vernetzung in unserem Unternehmen, kann man wichtige Informationen in Sekunden aus dem System ziehen und hat weniger Aufwand sich Informationen zu beschaffen.

Cons

Beim Drucken von skalierten Aufträgen gibt es Probleme.Die Erinnerungsfunktion bzw. auch die Benachrichtigungsfuntktion ist manchmal verspätet.
