La nostra esperienza sta per tagliare il traguardo del primo anno di collaborazione con ottimi risultati e che fino a qualche mese fa non immaginavamo. Ottimi risultati sui Marketplace ed in particolare su Amazon, un po' meno sul nostro sito che però siamo sicuri con strategie mirate, che fino ad ora abbiamo adottato poco causa forza maggiore, esploderà. Sicuri delle potenzialità della SmartCommerce in questione e delle nostre potenzialità aziendali, ci avviamo verso un 2025 esplosivo ricco di novità ma soprattutto con risultati che saliranno esponenzialmente per noi e per Haitex.

Pros

La cosa che ci è piaciuta di più è la facilità con cui si riescono a gestire i prodotti da vendere su sito e vari marketplace. Un software che non si finisce mai di scoprire nella sua interezza, ricco di funzioni inimmaginabili per chi entra a far parte di questo mondo.

Cons

Nulla è perfetto, ma al momento non trovo cose particolari da poter dire che non ci è piaciuto; al momento tutto molto bene. migliorerei solamente l'approccio alla conoscenza di questo strumento innovativo e completo con dei corsi in presenza all'inizio dell'attività per capire al meglio le potenzialità da sfruttare al massimo.

Gestisco un e-commerce con Haitex da ormai quattro anni. L’assistenza e’ massima e sempre rapida e precisa. Propongono sempre migliorie e modifiche migliorative per la piattaforma anticipando le richieste del cliente e cogliendone in pieno le esigenze.

La possibilità di sincronizzare le vendite dei prodotti nel punto vendita fisico e online. La completa assistenza e competenza da parte dello staff Haitex. La costante ricerca e innovazione del prodotto con i relativi servizi che rendono più efficiente il nostro lavoro

Anche se non dovuto al sistema stesso la presenza dei dati presso un cloud ha i suoi pregi ma anche il suo lato negativo. Nel caso di un blocco dei server a monte si ha un relativo blocco a valle
