I was using it for my personal use to try out the platform. On a whole, I felt comfortable using it and I would recommend it as one of the best ITSM solutions in the market.

Pros

The UI is really great. Their customization on dashboard, report and workflow is good. It is an integrated platform New gen AI -powered insights There are easy edit and assign options Pricing is good with the features they have

Cons

Nothing much but need to support more integration.
