Ich möchte perspektivisch nicht mehr auf auf die Möglichkeiten verzichten, die mir Platoyo als stationärem Händler online bietet. Pros Platoyo ist für mich als Geschäftsinhaber der ideale Marktplatz und bietet ein Gesamtpaket, welches ich allein, wenn überhaupt, nur mit wesentlich höherem Aufwand erstellen könnte. Die Beratung und der Service bei Fragen zur Nutzung sind hervorragend. Es wird transparent und seriös über alle anfallenden Kosten aufgeklärt und vorab informiert. Not only is the platform technically sophisticated and constantly updated, but it also offers excellent customer support that is always ready to clarify questions and provide assistance. The versatility of Platoyo, including the ability to set up individual online stores in addition to the marketplace, provides an excellent basis for our success with end customers and retailers. It turned out to be way easier than I initially thought. The Platoyo plattform is very user friendly and easy to use. After a short training I felt confident to use the platform for my products, but also additional features such as promoting services I offer in my shop, the job board, and events I want to promote. As a user I can note that Platoyo put a lot of thought into their marketplace solution to make sure it offers both: a technically well-rounded solution with many features as well as a platform that is easy to use for everyone. However, with a busy shop it can be difficult to find the time and resources for ecommerce for my business. Platoyo offered us a great solution because additionally to an online-marketplace they also offer individual online-shops with my own domain. All with limited effort and time requirements. Now, I enjoy the benefits of being part of the broader marketplace, leveraging power and synergies with other sellers in my industry. Simultaneously, I also have my own online-shop as part of the platform that I can promote how and where I want. This gives me flexibility and allows me to strengthen my individual brand, complementing the advantages of the broader online marketplace. Though the project demanded effort, Platoyo's support was invaluable. They guided me through the process and promptly addressed any questionsI had. They also have a video library with step-by-step instructions for all kinds of features so I can always look things up when I have questions. Overall, I feel that Platoyo not only offers an excellent technical solution but also provides great support and teamwork. A clear recommendation from my side. Cons Because there are many options to customize your plattform or online-shop this can be challenging for newcomers. If you are not familiar with a commerce platform, you might need a bit of training before starting. The team guided us through the whole process and made the implementation of our commerce solution surprisingly easy for us.After years of searching for a viable solution for our (admittedly complex) business setup, we were truly happy to have come across this solution.
