Pros: O que mais gosto no sistema é a facilidade de utilizar, economizo bastante tempo para ensinar a novos funcionários; o suporte disponível sempre que preciso, normalmente os atendentes são bem solícitos e pacientes;
Cons: O suporte ser sempre no remoto. Os atendentes são ótimos, porém, tem algumas dúvidas simples que poderiam ser tiradas numa ligação rápida ao invés de precisar se conectar ao remoto, o que demanda um tempo maior.
