We used it to pitch a potential project to a client — this was super easy to integrate (and fast), so it was an easy sell in for the pitch. Pros RealityMAX is an incredibly powerful tool that helps me create innovative 2D and 3D designs, allowing me to achieve my design goals quickly and efficiently. Its project management features are a great asset when attracting clients. I appreciate the flexibility and functionality it offers, making the design process smoother for me. I can upload my 3D designs in real-time, work on them, and get immediate feedback. With its WebAR feature, I can view my designs in augmented reality, which makes the experience much more interactive. The real-time collaboration feature also allows me to work seamlessly with others. Cons Sometimes, the platform slows down when too many people are working at the same time. Only experienced individuals with knowledge of 2D/3D design and augmented reality can effectively use this tool. I find that the mobile version's UI could use some improvement. It can also be quite expensive for smaller businesses like mine. Once we create the 3D assets we need, we upload them to RealityMAX's platform, and from there on, we invite our collaborators to the scene, and suddenly you can have many people working on the same 3D scene at the same time (you can see the other collaborators moving around!). We upload new materials, work with the library, and then finally share with password protection the final composition with the client. Their security layer is important to us. Pros RealityMAX gives our team at the studio a way to collaborate on 3D projects in real time between in-house team members but also with clients and external collaborators. Updating materials and uploading 3d models to a scene is as easy as drag&drop, and the fact that the other collaborators can see the updates live saves tons of time. The free version is more than enough. Cons The mobile version needs some improvement. Although is possible to upload images, models, and 3d scans from a phone, using the tool for building spaces from such a small screen is a bit difficult.
