Nous avons trouvé dans Deepidoo / PLAY une solution efficace et puissante pour gérer l'affichage dynamique dans nos restaurants, nous gardons un contrôle sur les visuels dans le catalogue, tout en donnant la main au restaurant sur la programmation de leurs écrans. Ce qui nous a emmené à choisir d'autres produits que Deepidoo proposent.

Pros

Très facile d'utilisation tout en étant puissant, cette solution permet de créer plusieurs organisations, hiérarchisez selon le principe parent / enfant, tout ce qui est fait dans un groupe parent est visible par les enfants, mais chaque enfant est séparé. Nous pouvons donc ajouter du contenu pour tous nos restaurants en une fois, mais également pour chaque restaurant de manière très simple.

Cons

Le catalogue, bien que puissant, doit être dans un premier temps appréhendé et certaines limites comprises pour pouvoir être exploité pleinement.

Facilité de programmation sur différent écran et à distance

Cons

La création de boucle, surtout la modification de ces boucles est plus compliqué qu'avant.Il faut faire plus de manœuvre pour accéder à la modification, Visibilité réduite quand il faut chercher les bouches dans le planning de programmation, moins ergonomiqueConcernant le planning de semaine, je préfère réduire la "fenêtre" pour l'avoir une vue sur l'ensemble de la journée de minuit à minuit. Si on peut rajouter un Tags directement dans la sélection de TAG "ajout un tag", cela permet d'avoir un raccourci lors de l'organisation d'un site/équipement...

PLAY me fait gagner du temps ! Donc de l'argent !

Pros

En tant que restaurateur, la capacité à pouvoir modifier une recette ou indiquer une rupture de façon instantanée est un aspect très pratique. Pouvoir implanter en tant qu'admin nos nouvelles recettes tout en donnant la main sur certaines fonctionnalités est un avantage considérable.

Cons

La gestion des boucles quand on a contenu fixes... Ces dernières, si trop rapprochées font sauter l’écran trop souvent... Il faudrait développer une boucle continue pour les contenus non animés

J'utilise la plateforme Play afin de créer une ambiance dans notre réseau de boutiques, et ce via la diffusion de vidéos et de musiques.La plateforme est intuitive, complète et permet une prise en main rapide.De nombreux formats de vidéos sont exploitables sur la solution, ce qui est agréable.
