Frightening. It taught me to be careful before purchasing because it seems like we are the guinea pigs to test the extension.

Pros

Price point. Nothing else I can think so because it is so frightening

Cons

Service support which is not on point when many issues happens during office hours. The problems happen every single day. Scheduling issues, messages disappearing, icons disappearing. You cant find your quick replies for 2 days? You cant find your templates for 2 days? All happening during critical moments at work and you have to do your work manually.

The product is just like its name EAZY and simple yet very effective and powerful in organizing and managing teams

Pros

It easy to use and understand its function

Cons

it can be more flexible on shorting or sequencing things on users bases like sequence of labels or funnels should be customizable as per user need and not in the sequence of its creation.
