I really enjoyed the onboarding call that walked me through how to use the the CRM and help functionality in the event I need assistance. Pros MMIO has a very user friendly workflow and phone app. Cons Currently, I do not have any cons about MMIO. I am in the very beginning stages of usage. Switched from [Automaid](https://www.capterra.com/p/149364/Launch27/) Launch 27 did not have the ability to easily invoice customer’s. Software customization was very difficult and required extensive support to change basic features. There was a significant learning curve to Launch 27 whereas I was able to master Modern Maid IO with several days of implementing the system in our business. Review Source VZ Vicente Z. Pros MMIO is hand down the best user friendly CRM out there. In the first hours I was able to create jobs, customers and integrate different programs on my own without previous experience setting up these type of systems. Cons The pricing parameter settings should be more customizable. Switched from [Booking Engine](https://www.capterra.com/p/255289/Booking-Engine/) I found more problems than solutions and that made the work really difficult that I just decide to switch and start all over again. Pros I love that MMIO is purpose built, meaning it is built with the lives of an owner/ operator and their employees in mind. From scheduling to customer management, the system is unmatched. I used another similar product previously and it didn't feel like the developers really understood what the cleaning industry needed when it came to a customer management solution. And using the mobile side is pretty easy when I’m not on my computer and I get a client call. i can easily make quotes straight on my phone. Cons Sometimes it glitches.
