We’ve been using Expert LMS as our learning management solution for a couple of years now, and we love how seamless it is to set up new users. The ability to create custom courses is excellent, and the pre-made courses are some of the most affordable available online. Best of all, it serves as a one-stop shop for many, if not all, of the mandatory courses in the hospitality industry. Additionally, the built-in document library is a fantastic feature, allowing documents and videos to be shared publicly or selectively with users enrolled in the software.

Pros

I appreciate how user-friendly Expert LMS is, the helpfulness and responsiveness of the customer support team, the wide range of accredited courses available, the robust user permission configuration, and the ability to create clear career paths for users.

Cons

I love the service and couldn’t find a single downside

my overall experience with the LMS system is that it a very easy to use, helpful tool. It allows users to shape and mould pathways easily

Game Changing! We have not even scratched the surface yet and are looking forward to building our own courses on the platform.

Pros

Very easy to use, team find it nice to use on mobile devices. Simple to issue courses and track progress on indivudual and team levels.

Cons

Would be great to be able to add additional users without having to contact support.

Being able to design career paths and branding them. Also want to mention the support I have had coming on board has been great

Cons

Some courses are quite wordy, for example the sexual harassment course. Would be good to break it up with more video examples, questions etc. just to break up the words

We recently migrated our 200+ staff team to Expert LMS as they offered a cheaper product with some great features. Our experience so far has been hugely positive. Great team who have been very helpful in assisting set up and very responsive in resolving a couple of teething issues in migration.

Missing some key compliance modules such as 'Fire Marshall' and a detailed Legionnaires Disease module- but otherwise very happy with modules available

Absolutely fantastic. From the first demo to implementation and beyond, the team have been consistently on hand to support us.

Pros

ExpertLMS is a fantastic platform. A whole suite of compliance courses already exist within platform that are available for you to use at no extra cost. The course builder tools are advanced and make it easy to create engaging digital content for teams. The Feeds feature is a great way to communicate with staff in different branches and departments, ensuring that messages reach everyone accordingly.

Cons

Anything that we haven't quite liked or didn't work as expected has changed. The team are always willing to listen and make changes where possible to better support use of the platform.
