Whautomate has allowed us to drive immense growth for our business. Its automation capabilities have been second to none, and our ability to plug into other functions of our business via APIs have really kept us agile.

Cons

When working with super high volumes of incoming messages, the message inbox can get a little hair and difficult to manage.

My overall experience with Whautomate has been positive and helpful for my business. I had researched extensively for platforms that would cater to my specific needs, were quick to install and did not require heavy investments. Whautomate met all my requirements. The team is also great to work with and the CEO was personally involved in critical requirements.

Pros

1\. Easy to implement 2. Out of the box automations 3. Frequent updates/releases 4. Good customer support

Cons

As a small business, most of my requirements were met in the out of the box version of the platform. The payment gateway integration is an area that can be better. The more integrations that are available out of the box, the better it is for businesses to choose from.

Overall i would definitely recommend whautomate for anyone that wants to use appointment scheduling and chatbot for their business

Pros

I liked the product as a whole where making whatsapp chat bot and customising the botflow helped us cater to our personalised needs

I would say there was anything that i disliked as everything that we wanted was available by whautomate
