Cost efficient! I would encourage every SME, and startup who are in dire need of conversational chatbots but are in a resource crunch to try Orimon and marvel at how well you can integrate it into your brand marketing activities.

Pros

Being a not-so-tech-savvy person, the best part of Orimon for me was its easy accessibility and quick deployment. I could figure everything out on my own! I think it must have taken hardly 10 minutes for deployment. And other mind-blowing features are its flexibility, customizing options, multi-lingual capability, and no requirement for any separate training.

Cons

Well, I wished I could use Orimon much earlier! It's literally the easiest DIY Bot Builder.

I have more time to focus on the business with orimon, because I used to waste time on customer service and support and with the bot I can focus on what really matters because it responds just as a human operator would, very politely and quickly.

Pros

The idea of a chatbot operating in different media with natural language is fantastic, as it brings a human touch to conversations and makes everything more natural, and the advantage of training with your own content and correcting it with the audit is easy for simple users.

Cons

Some persistent fixes such as links and the ease of losing the focus of the conversation by the bot.

### "Disappointing Experience with Orimon"

I’ve had a consistently frustrating experience with Orimon. The bot is overly focused on collecting leads right from the start of the conversation, rather than allowing a natural flow where the customer can first learn about and be convinced by the product. This rush to gather information is off-putting and doesn’t foster customer trust. Additionally, I’ve encountered multiple issues where the bot sends random characters and symbols, making the conversation confusing and unprofessional. To make matters worse, the bot has generated incorrect product prices on several occasions, inventing prices that don’t match the actual listings. When I first contacted support, I was told I’d receive a response within 12 hours. However, after 14 hours with no reply, I followed up, only to receive vague responses that seemed like stalling tactics, as if the representative didn’t understand my concerns. I then requested a refund, but they outright refused, stating they don’t offer refunds. Overall, Orimon has been unreliable, and their lack of accountability and unwillingness to address these issues makes it a poor choice for anyone in need of a dependable AI chatbot solution. I would not recommend this service.

What I liked least about Orimon AI was its pushy approach to gathering customer information right at the start of conversations, which felt rushed and disrupted the natural flow of interaction. Additionally, the bot often sent random characters or symbols, struggled with understanding key aspects despite extensive training, and even generated incorrect product prices on multiple occasions. The lack of effective support and the refusal to offer a refund further added to the negative experience, making it difficult to rely on Orimon AI as a trustworthy solution.

One of the worst AI chatbots on the market. I have purchased a membership with them since they started and to this day they always have problems with Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp connections, which will only make you look bad with clients or in your business. Customer service is very bad, they just give you the runaround and don't solve any problems.

Great dev team, support staff and customer-oriented development of new features. Since we got it they have shipped updates non-stop, which is something we really appreciate, especially for these emerging technologies where new things are being launched almost daily.

Pros

I like that fact that it actually works. The development team is very proactive and they never stop improving their platform. I also like the fact that it has human takeover (this is crucial to avoid a bad feeling on customers who dislike bots)

Cons

I'm hoping they launch Instagram as a channel, which would definitely help A LOT, since this where most of our customer are coming from.
