Cons Para los que actuamos en Prov. de Bs As, es imprescindible poder agregar adjuntos a la presentación de la MEV, desde el sistema que utilizamos. Acá eso no es posible o no lo encontré: debo descargar el PDF y luego ahí subirlo a la MEV. Lo mismo ocurre con el texto que uno debe colocar en el cuerpo de la presentación MEV (que generalmente es el mismo texto que se adjunta en PDF firmado por la parte). Además, me gustaría poder tener acceso al BOT, pero para ello se debe pagar un abono aparte que es mucho más elevado. Me permite llevar muchos casos al día y con tranquilidad. Pros Tengo acceso muy simple y rápido a todos los datos de mis clientes y de los expedientes. Puedo mantener la organización de los vencimientos y audiencias con la integración del calendarios de Google. Puedo llevar el control de pagos en cuotas. Y lo mejor es que está integrado con la MEV para que los expedientes estén actualizados en el mismo sistema y, además, mis clientes pueden hacer el seguimiento de sus casos con un código de seguimiento. Cons que para agregar expedientes se tenga que si o si relacionarlo a un contacto. Entorpece la estion, la programacion de tareas o cuestiones de tramites transitorios que por ser asignado una persona en particular, precisa de un expediente nuevo... La agenda del sistema es poco practica.. seria mejor si permitiera la vista directa de un calendario completo, donde se marque el dia con agenda ocupada, y ahi ver uno el detalle de cada dia...otra cosa que no me gusta es que no tenga un sistema de conteo de plazos agendable, por ej el Lex doctor lo tiene.. esto permite computar en el calendario el cumplimiento de una fecha, su plazo de gracia y el dia que queda firme la actuacion, permitiendo acceder a una lista unica, con el detalle de todos los plazos a cumplirse o cumplidos por cada expediente... otra cosa negativa es que al abrirse el expediente se tenga si o si abierta del lado derecho la solapa con info general del expediente. En la practica de un estudio juridico que litiga, esa info general resulta para el dia a dia obsoleta, seria mejor que sea una pestaña cerrable, entonces queda la pantalla completa para trabajar en los movimientos de los expedientes. Pros Realmente lo que más me gusta es el soporte que me dan, siento que es muy personalizado. Me gusta la forma como se vincula al Google Calendar. Ha venido mejorando y se notan los cambios habituales que vienen haciendo en el software. Cons Creo que debe mejorar la función de creación de textos.
