Things were good when everything was running well. When there were technical issues on their end then things began to fall apart. Communication was lost with my account manager and a new manager was not only arrogant, but extremely dismissive and unhelpful in any attempt to solve the problem.

Pros

That they were taking on the scial media aspect of my company, it was a big use of my time as a small business owner

Cons

They had technical issues, their teams failed to revuew my feedback, and their customer service was not only dismissive they were completely unwilling to help.

I purchased a package of 40 short form videos from Feedbird, with TikTok explicitly identified as a primary platform. The service was sold as providing platform appropriate, promotional, conversion focused content. What was delivered did not meet that standard. The majority of the videos reused the same one to three visual templates across nearly the entire batch of forty videos. When I raised concerns, there was pushback regarding the effort required to move away from this approach. Selling a package of 40 videos while relying on a small number of recycled templates is not a reasonable interpretation of delivering 40 unique videos. Additionally, the TikTok content itself lacked basic short form fundamentals, including strong hooks in the opening seconds, use of platform native or trending audio, and sufficient visual variation or pacing. The content read as generic informational narration rather than promotional content designed to drive engagement or conversions. Notably, the initial videos received zero organic views on TikTok, indicating that the content did not meet baseline quality or relevance thresholds for the platform. By comparison, a simple, unedited test video using only a trending sound on a new account received organic views immediately. I did not purchase a content creation service expecting to then pay to promote content simply to reach any audience. If a company is not equipped to produce distinct, platform relevant short form content at scale, it should not sell packages claiming to do so. Based on my experience, Feedbird significantly overpromises and underdelivers, particularly for TikTok.

Pros

The onboarding process was straightforward, communication was generally timely, and deliverables were provided on schedule. Account access and coordination were not difficult, and responses were usually prompt, even when issues were raised.

Cons

The service significantly overpromised and underdelivered. The heavy reuse of the same templates across dozens of videos, lack of TikTok specific fundamentals, and pushback when asked to meet basic platform standards made the product unusable.

Pros

None at all. They are only good at sales because the sales reps lie to you

Cons

I wish I could share my entire email exchanges here to show the ridiculous level of incompetence that this service has reached. I spent a month trying to get them to apply very basic feedback I shared: "don't reuse photos already posted, don't write text on images". I'm 100% sure nobody reviewed my feedback, the pm telling me 6 times that it was applied very clearly never bothered looking at the posts (nothing was ever updated even though she kept telling me it was), and the "designers" making these posts never read through the details brand guidelines I shared. All captions were 100% ChatGPT generated: repetitive, salesy, unimaginative... Everything about Feedbird is comically bad. PLEASE don't waste a second thinking they might get you something usable. They won't.
