### "Daily user of Compliance HR"

Any time we have had an issue with Compliance HR, we've been able to get responses and the system is restored fairly quickly.

Pros

The most helpful feature is the information populated for state leaves. We have colleagues all over the US and it's nice to have all of the legal updates built in so that we don't have to check every time we process a leave. I like that it prompts us to think about benefits as well.

Cons

We rely on compliance HR to generate all of our eligibility and designation notices. When the system is down, we have to wait for it to come back up to complete the leave paperwork, or do it manually with DOL forms, and we may miss some aspects of what Compliance HR offers.

Overall, it has been very helpful and we will continue to use it! I think some of the UI could be a bit friendlier, but for the most part, it does everything we need it to do.

Pros

I find the leave administration for a multi-state employer to be very helfpul, as well as handbook templates.

Cons

I would like to see a more streamlined system for onboarding. "These are the things you are required to give an employee in this state when they get hired."

### "Utility of ComplianceHR"

Our companies have employees in 28 states and ComplianceHR has been a great resource toward us being compliant with all these states' laws. Also ease of use is second to none.

Pros

Comprehensive employee policies along with comprehensive explanations of employment laws behind those policies. The employee policies even contain policies applicable to cities or counties within a particular state.

Cons

There is nothing I do not like about it.

Pros

Easy to use; language used is easy to understand

Cons

It doesn’t capture everything - state funded workers’ compensation programs and disability programs, for example. I’d like to see requirements for job applications or background checks, for example, rather than templates.
