Pros It is ease to manage and you can have a lot of information stored on the system. There are so many things you can use. The accounting system is easy to work with. The things that I would normally have to keep up with on paper allows me to keep up with it online. It helps with the paper clutter. I love the fact that I have access at any time I need to which assist me in being consistent with all of my business needs. Cons I think that some of the programs and processes can be more simple. I look forward to better budgeting with business expenses because I'm able to view and run reports much faster than flipping through pages of data. Very pleased! Pros I love how I can now track all of my expenses and invoices. Much easier than the paper way! I love the reports I'll be able to run at the end of the year for taxes, and parents. Many reports available. All the information I need is in one place. Cons No pay feature for parents that pay 50/50 but in an every other week type of situation. Unsure how my reports will look when it shows they split payments weekly. Also, needs more categories for the provider and child calendar. I offer a limited number of vacation days that the parent can earn and in turn get a free week in the year but no options for me to track these days being used. It is very easy to navigate. Pros I LOVE that you can go into the reports tab and it is so easy to navigate through the reports. the whole software program is really great and very easy to use. There has only been one time when the program did not load all day, and that was months ago. Cons I do not have any complaints. I think the software is great.
