Less chaotic and eye-friendly. Not peppered with too much information unlike other CRM softwares. One thing that deserves applause is the way onboarding is handled. It was such a smooth experience and there were clear-cut instructions at every stage. Kudos! Pros Quick access to end-to-end contact details and keep a close tab on communications initiated with prospects and leads. Cons I look forward to more integration options.
