It provides a professional and elegant space where clients and sellers collaborate and increases engagement substantially. My very first partnership deal I used with Stageset closed, with the client mentioning the platform several times as a game-changer and differentiator. If you are in sales, this is a MUST HAVE! Pros Stageset is beautifully and elegantly designed. Stageset creates a professional prospect space that houses all correspondence and files and easily accessible. Prospects and colleagues have all been impressed. Also, their customer support is exceptional, led by company leader Phillipe. Cons Currently there is no ChatGPT or AI integration. This would be helpful for content creation, analysis. Switched from [Ahsuite](https://www.capterra.com/p/235809/Ahsuite/) The design is elegant and aestethics are off the chart. December 7, 2023 4.0 It's spectacular how Stageset allows us to have everything in a single place. In the past we'd mostly share items via email. Now we share via email that the Stageset portal has been updated and everything is just in Stageset for both the clients' referene and ours. Pros There's so much to enjoy about Stageset: from being able to include a very broad selection of content to the fast developing featureset, as well as the very quick support for the occassional question. Cons It long ago had about 20 minutes of downtime. That wasn't so nice. Needs to be said it was outside business hours, AND I actually don't know if it was planned or unplanned downtime. Reason for choosing Stageset Value for money and future potential. Ahead of purchasing, we had a look at the Stageset feature roadmap, and it was really impressive. Since then, a lot of the features have been delivered, making our decision even more of a no-brainer. Switched from [Heybase](https://www.capterra.com/p/255426/Heybase/) Heybase didn't really show the same kind of forward movement and feature development as Stageset. The user management in particular was a little clunky, and on a few instances we experienced that clients couldn't get access to Heybase. You can upload text, images, video, files, and many more things, which makes Stageset not only useful for sales presentations but for other purposes in my case. We are also using it for onboarding our students, and it has brought us fantastic results. I even believe it could be used for knowledge bases and other things, although I know that's not its main purpose. It is one of my best software purchases, and I am happy to have found it. Right now, our agents only need to present the URL to our sales rooms, in which we have all the required information. This tool is required if you are a sales professional Pros The platform's user-friendly architecture, especially for non-techies. We boosted our efficiency and elevated the impact of our pitches creating sales rooms for our clients. Cons There could be more integrations. but we are happy that the most important ones are ready.
