Vaak matcht nl. de tekst (wat de huurder denkt) niet per se met wat de foto toont (voor kenners). Zo kunnen we alsnog voorbereid ter plaatse gaan. Cons Momenteel kan je (nog) niet via het platform communiceren met de melder. Dat bemoeilijkt soms het plannen van een interventie, want je moet even via een ander kanaal contact leggen en dan alsnog die communicatie overnemen in Fixform zodat je technisch team ook op de hoogte is.
