Daarnaast worden de meldingen die wel binnenkomen vaak gebruikt voor punten die niet voor ons zijn. Pros Een goed overzicht en gemakelijke communicatie naar de collega's. Cons Niet alle bewoners zijn bekend met het systeem en gebruiken dit ook voor andere doeleinden waar wij als syndicus niet in moeten tussenkomen. Dit resulteert in taken en mails van Fixform die wij moeten behandelen, maar die niet binnen onze bevoegdheid vallen. We zijn zeer tevreden van de ondersteuning die Fixform biedt. Het gebruiksgemak is ook het vernoemen waard. Pros het gemak voor de eindgebruiker om meldingen te maken - opvolgen van 'problemen' - communicatie tussen technische dienst en melder is makkelijk Cons geen rapportage in de software zelf (export naar excel) - ontbreken van grafieken & statistieken van de historiek Switched from [IFS Ultimo](https://www.capterra.com/p/133215/Ultimo-Maintenance-Management/) Ultimo is totaal niet gebruiksvriendelijk en heeft een 'oubollige' interface. Hun ondersteuning is ondermaats. Alternatives considered [McMain](https://www.capterra.com/p/220168/McMain/) Reasons for choosing FixForm Zoals reeds vermeld zijn we nog in testfase en moeten we sowieso de markt verkennen alvorens een beslissing te nemen. Pros Dat de meldingen nu niet enkel van de zorgmedewerkers komen, maar ook van bewoners en hun familie. Defecten zijn daardoor sneller hersteld. Cons Tot nu toe geen enkel minpunt ondervonden, bij vragen een mailtje en steeds zeer snel antwoord.
