Quello che mi ha colpito positivamente fin dall'inizio è stata la facilità d'uso dell'interfaccia utente. Le icone intuitive e le etichette chiare hanno reso la navigazione nel sistema piuttosto semplice. Ho apprezzato in particolare la disposizione pulita delle informazioni e la possibilità di personalizzare il mio dashboard con le metriche che mi interessavano di più.

Cons

Ho riscontrato occasionalmente problemi di lentezza durante l'utilizzo della piattaforma, il che ha rallentato la mia produttività. Inoltre, mi sono accorto che la generazione di report personalizzati era più complicata di quanto mi aspettassi, limitando la mia capacità di analizzare in dettaglio le performance delle vendite.

Pros

I'm using Salesteer to keep under control clients and leads interested in my products (tracks, music samples, other kind of services). I think it's working well and my workflow organization improved for sure.

Cons

The first impression was a little tough, I need a couple of weeks to get used to the software.

L'azienda ha scelto di testare questo software che è soprattutto un CRM, nonostante questo ho trovato diversi spunti positivi anche sul lato amministrativo. In particolare, forndemantale per il mio lavoro, spiccano la gestione della prima nota e della fatturazione in generale.

Cons

Dal lato amministrativo il software può essere migliorato perché manca di alcune funzioni specifiche. Va comunque ribadito che si tratta principalmente di un CRM adattato anche a gestionale.

L'azienda ha selezionato questo CRM al fine di gestire con ordine l'ampliamento della platea di dottori che utilizzano il nostro servizio. Per quelle che erano le necessità Salesteer si è dimostrato un prodotto all'altezza, e per di più sensibilmente più economico della media di mercato.

Cons

Ci sono delle migliorie da poter fare, sia sulla grafica che sulle funzionalità. Le statistiche, su tutte, andrebbero arricchite con nuove possibilità di visualizzazione.

Utilizzare Salesteer ci ha convinti a confermare il prodotto soprattutto per gestire ordinatamente i lead. Inoltra poter contare su un'assistenza clienti molto attenta (e in italiano) è abbastanza importante per una realtà come la nostra.

Pros

La piatta forma è molto veloce per quanto riguarda il caricamento, questo la rende piacevole da usare. UN CRM che ha più o meno tutte le funzionalità essenziali, e che ha un'ottima qualità prezzo.

Cons

L'implementazione delle funzioni di mail marketing è ancora troppo scomoda.

La gestione dei calendari e dei task, inoltre il fatto che sia possibile associare ad ogni entità (clienti, lead, offerte) eventi, task, rendicontazione delle ore... ci da la possibilità di tenere tutto sotto controllo senza perdere mai il filo

Cons

Alcune funzionalità sono ancora un po' grezze, però il team di sviluppo rilascia aggiornamenti quasi quotidianamente

Ottima, l'aspetto migliore è il rapporto in termini di customer service, quasi familiare. Un plus che tante altre realtà non possono vantare.

Pros

Sicuramente la semplicità di utilizzo, la solidità della sua struttura e una certa sobrietà generale. Pochi fronzoli ma giusta sostanza.

Cons

Alcune funzioni, ad esempio la creazione di documenti personalizzati da richiamare all'occorrenza, necessitano di capacità informatiche non proprio comuni.

I vantaggi che ottengo sono:la possibilità di assegnare compiti all'interno del team, evitando ogni inconveniente, tenere monitorati tutti i clienti ed avere feadback constanti ed aggiornati, caricare prodotti nuovi per i preventivi e tanto altro ancora

Pros

Salesteer è ottimo per la gestione rapida di tante funzioni svolte all'interno dell'azienda, con comandi rapidi e molto facili da usare, l'inerfaccia "semplice" alla vista ne facilita notevolmente l'utilizzo e la possibilità di tenero tutto monitorato nel proprio telefono aziendale non lascia più scampo alla scusa "non l'ho visto nel crm"

Cons

Sicuramente si potrà migliorare nel corso del tempo la velocità di reazione di alcune funzioni non perche è lento ma appunto perchè si dice sempre... il tempo è denaro
