August 19, 2025 5.0 All the nice to have that our developers never found time for and that are much more expensive from other providers. We had a few questions and issues, which were resolved on the very same day, quickly and courteously. Pros Produktly really opens the channel to the customer, whether through feedback buttons, announcements, product tour/onboarding or roadmap interface. Lots of options, easy to administer, and can be delayed so it does not impact page speed (perfmatters). Cons It is still a growing software, so sometimes there can be minor issues. The learning curve is good and I stumbled upon very few issues. One of them was a simple front end bug and after report it was fixed in less than a half day. Pros Main advantages of Produktly are: - broad choice of content type (tours, smart tips, surveys, annoucements, etc) and straight forward usage ; - lightweight and efficient ; - EU based product ; - it's cheap, compared to competitors. Cons The reporting is very basic and need to get better. For customization, we support custom CSS on most widgets though the Theme feature, and plan on expanding that to all of them. The Chrome plugin works precisely as described making it simple to develop application-wide training in a very short period of time. The key for us is that we've seen user-education questions plummet which frees up our support desks to deal with bigger and better things. Cons There are a few spots where the UI is clunky, particularly around re-ordering steps in a tutorial. However, that is not something that we have found to be inhibitory. Just a nice to have. When launched it was a very simple tool that has evolved and continues to evolve with additional utilities that make it that much more useful. Cons The learning curve could be a bit steep for a newbie. I learn fairly fast and required a bit of trial and error for the CSS selection for firing tours, steps, etc. Reason for choosing Produktly Lifetime deal was available when I purchased so I took a gamble. Pros It was very easy to get up and running on my application. I did not have any problems setting up the tour or integrating it. Cant stress enough how easy it is to navigate the platform and quickly access the features i need. The app is also easy to navigate the platform and quickly access the features one needs. I like also the fact that the application can be customized to fit the needs of various types of users, from individual freelancers to large-scale businesses. Users can tailor the application to match their workflow and project management style, which helps to boost productivity alot! Cons Sometimes a noticed that the app is abit slow at times, especially when working with larger projects. This can lead to frustration and a slower workflow, which can be detrimental to productivity. And the reporting and analytics features of Produktly could be abit improved, in order to give some deeper understanding of the user's behaviour. The tools make the onboarding process more enjoyable and smooth for users. The price is reasonable, and the setup process is easy and fast. I would definitely recommend Produktly to anyone looking for an effective way to onboard and retain users. Pros The main features of Produktly that I like include the product tours, checklists and feedback widgets. These features all make it easier for users to know what's going on and make sure they are using the product to its fullest extent. The product tours provide them with an interactive tutorial, making it easier for them to become familiar with the product. The checklists help guide them along their journey and ensure completion of steps. Having a feedback widget gives users an outlet to express their thoughts, which is invaluable for growth. Cons It would be useful to be able to add images in tours. Cons I usually prefer SAAS tools that focus on one thing and do that one thing best, but in this case I think that Produktly made an interesting choice to combine this set of tools: tours, roadmap, changelog and a feedback widget. Also with feedback widgets we were able to eliminate one other tool, and unlock some cost savings. It's also been awesome to see the product evolve from just product tours to a larger suite of products, and I am very excited for future features as well! Pros Produktly has been working very well for us, we started with just product tours, but then later expanded to use feedback widgets and changelogs too. It's quite easy to setup, and use. It also offers great value for money, similar tools we looked at often costed almost 10x as much, but offered essentially the same features as Produktly! Cons The chrome extension could support more features.
