As the owner of Ola Mate, we use SimplyDepo to help manage sales routes, customer orders, and day-to-day field operations across the New York market. The platform gives our team better visibility into account activity and helps ensure orders are processed efficiently. It's dependable, user-friendly, and backed by a responsive support team. As we've grown our presence with retailers, SimplyDepo has helped us stay organized and operate more effectively. I would recommend it to other CPG brands looking for a practical solution to support field sales and order management.

Pros

SimplyDepo has made managing routes, retail accounts, and orders a lot easier for our business. As a beverage brand selling into stores across New York, having clear visibility into customer orders and sales rep activity is critical. The platform is straightforward to use, helps keep orders organized, and makes route planning much more efficient. Whenever we've had questions, their support team has been quick to respond and genuinely helpful. Overall, it's saved us a lot of time and reduced many of the operational headaches that come with managing a growing retail footprint.

Cons

There is a bit of a learning curve when first setting up the platform, and some advanced reporting features could be more customizable. However, the support team has been helpful in addressing questions and providing guidance.

Overall, I'm really happy with SimplyDepo. It genuinely makes my work easier and more organized on a daily basis. Despite the minor hiccup with map accuracy, the app delivers on what it promises and has become a go-to tool in my workflow. I'd recommend it to anyone looking to streamline their operations.

Pros

The experience using SimplyDepo has been incredibly seamless from start to finish. The interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, which makes day-to-day tasks much more efficient. It's clear that a lot of thought went into the user experience, and it shows.

Cons

The one area that could use some improvement is the map tracking feature. The location accuracy wasn't always reliable, which can be a bit frustrating when you're depending on it for real-time updates. Hoping to see that refined in a future update.

I’ve been using Simplydepo for retail execution and it’s been a game changer for my day-to-day work. Everything is clearly built for real field work. My team also started using it and we’re excited to keep growing our hair care line with this tool.

Pros

Super easy to track what’s happening in store. I love the ability to take photos of shelves and products, it makes reporting so much easier and keeps everything organized. Inventory and order tracking is also very simple, and having everything in one place saves me a lot of time and energy.

Cons

Honestly haven’t run into any major issues so far. Maybe a few small things here and there, but nothing that affects daily use.

Overall, they are hungry and an animal to help support small businesses. They understand the struggle, as the \[sensitive content hidden\] also launched his own brand. That's why I identified and gave them a try, and it's been a blessing.

Pros

I was able to give them a list of customers and products, and was up and running the next day. Training was easy, because the mobile app is pretty simple; so we spent a little time setting up our routes, and my sales team was off and running.

Cons

I guess, it's not a replacement for my current ERP; but honestly while I want to find a better option then Sage or SAP, I really don't have the time. So I'll just suffer, but SimplyDepo just gave me some sugar to make the medicine go down.

Reasons for choosing SimplyDepo

I tried to build my own ERP, but it wasn't for me. I just didn't have the right team, and time. SimplyDepo is a great addon to any distributor or brand that needs to organize their sales and customers.
